The benefit to the Client of regular planned inspections is :That an experienced person is monitoring the condition of pumps and aims to avert major damage or spillage and to predict downtime, and because that person is conversant with each pump and its system and knows what is expected, when a small problem is detected minor adjustment at minor cost can be carried out (which if undetected could lead to unplanned and disruptive downtime at major cost).
We also work closely with the Client in the hope of improving day-to-day running and give an input where required, such as :
Supplying information to implement maintenance management systems make recommendations accompanied by drawings to improve plant longevity.
Try to attain answers when confronted with problematic questions, and when asked, act as “hands-on” pump and systems consultant on behalf of the Client when visiting their suppliers.
